Our drinks are made to be alcohol-free and are very well balanced.

We've spent several years perfecting the recipes and process, as well as building a network of farmers and foragers all over the country so that we can use more of the fantastic ingredients that exist in Nordic nature.

Our products receive a lot of positive feedback from customers, win awards and receive a lot of good publicity from the press. The founders behind it, Vanessa Krogh and Cornelia Øiestad, have, among other things, guested on God Morgen Norge (National breakfast tv), Truls and Hellstrøms Bistro (famous tv-show in Norway) and have been nominated for D2's leading stars, 30 under 30.

Norway's natural surroundings have always been a part of our lives, with ample time spent outdoors. However, most of us are unaware that the plants surrounding us can also be used as nutritious and tasty food. This valuable knowledge has been lost over time. There exists a wide variety of wild plants with unique flavors, unfamiliar to most people. We are passionate about utilizing these ingredients to craft exceptional alcohol-free drinks. The inception of our company came about in 2018 when Cornelia (left), who was working as a chef in a Michelin restaurant, questioned why Nordic dishes were often paired with foreign wines. She pondered the absence of Norwegian beverages in such culinary experiences. Vanessa (right), a restaurant manager for several years, often felt frustrated when she couldn't provide her guests with non-alcoholic drink options that matched the complex experiences delivered by alcoholic beverages. The choices were limited to overly sweet and artificial sodas, heavy juices (which quickly filled you up), or inferior substitutes like alcohol-free wine and beer. It became evident that there was a demand for alcohol-free drinks that could provide an exceptional flavor experience on their own merits. That's when Vanessa and Cornelia decided to focus on utilizing the untapped potential of Nordic wild plants to create uncompromising non-alcoholic beverages. After several years of research and experimentation, we have developed and launched two completely new categories within alcohol free drinks.
