Nordic Tropics
With age-old techniques such as fermentation and infusion, we extract the taste of nature. All the drinks are based on wild plants and herbs from local farmers, gatherers and urban gardens in Norway. We call the category Nordic Tropics because Nordic wild plants can have flavors similar to tropical flavors such as vanilla, almond and pineapple!





Refreshing and rich in tannins, with mature, full-bodied flavors. Notes of almond, vanilla, black tea, dried fruit, flowers, and citrus. Made from wild Norwegian meadowsweet and fireweed, combined with organic lemon balm and coriander seeds.
Low in sugar (2.7g) — dry rather than sweet.

A sparkling, refreshing alcohol-free drink made from wild lingonberries. Fruity and well-balanced with herbal notes. Distinct hints of rosemary and a touch of bitterness. Crafted from juicy wild lingonberries, rosemary, birch leaves, and Norwegian lemongrass.
Low in sugar (4.6g) — dry rather than sweet.
Enjoy it on its own or with food — a perfect alternative to red wine, without trying to imitate it. Just as delightful at a picnic as by the fireplace.

Lightly sparkling, fermented infusion. Made with juice from garden apples, pineappleweed, birch leaves and tagetes flowers.
Floral, sour and fresh flavor profile, with notes of pear, pineapple and herbs. Hint of vanilla.
Can be enjoyed as is, with food or in a drink. Goes well with caramelized vegetables and other rich, creamy dishes such as risotto, pasta, pizza, pork and stews. Also goes well with Indian and Mexican food.
