It all started with curiosity and wild plants. Two founders, one kitchen, and a shared vision: To make it easier to enjoy life, take care of oneself, and live in harmony with nature. Villbrygg was founded by Cornelia Øiestad and Vanessa Krogh in 2018.

We craft sparkling botanical brews and have built an infrastructure for sourcing Nordic wild plants and herbs from organic and biodynamic agriculture. A unique foundation and a scalable production process.

Our drinks are balanced, flavorful, and complex – designed to pair beautifully with food. We only use real ingredients, either organic or foraged, with no artificial additives or preservatives. Villbrygg is wild Nordic indulgence – made with foraging, fermentation, and love.

Villbrygg products are available at Vinmonopolet, Meny, Mega, Oda, specialty stores, and many bars, restaurants, and cafés across Norway.

Our drinks are served at over 30 Michelin-starred restaurants in Norway, the USA, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, and Austria.

Villbrygg was founded in 2018 The founders, Vanessa Krogh and Cornelia Øiestad, discovered during their time in the restaurant industry that there was a significant need for non-alcoholic alternatives that could match the complex flavors found in alcoholic beverages.
